Stakeholder analysis and requirements elicitation to map complex Public Administration processes, translating business needs into scalable multi-cloud architectures (GCP, Azure, OCI). Led cross-functional teams and managed the complete application lifecycle via Helm Charts and automated pipelines in hybrid environments. Currently responsible for a Computer Vision project, handling technical oversight and integrating AI solutions into the company cloud infrastructure.

Independently led the migration of mission-critical financial infrastructures (Bitbucket, Artifactory) from On-Premise to GCP via Cloud SQL and DMS with near-zero downtime. Full ownership of a high-concurrency DevOps toolchain (Atlassian Suite, JFrog, CloudBees/Jenkins) for 4,000+ users. CI/CD pipelines for financial data on ELK Stack, iOS/Android mobile banking build environments, Atlassian–Azure Entra ID integration with SSO for a Media & Broadcasting client.
